Effective October 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of perfectbooks.online, the website of Perfectbooks LLC, a bookkeeping practice in Aurora, Colorado. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The short version. The site explains what I do and how bookkeeping works. It isn’t advice for your specific situation, and we only work together once we’ve both signed an engagement agreement.
General information, not advice
Everything on this site, including the guides, pricing examples, tax rates and local rules, is general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice for your business. Tax rates, thresholds and filing rules change, and the figures shown are accurate as of the date stated on each page. Before you act on anything here, check it against the official source or talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation. I’m a certified bookkeeper, not a CPA or an attorney.
No client relationship until we sign
Requesting a consultation, calling, or sending a message doesn’t make you a client. A client relationship starts only when we both sign a written engagement agreement, and that agreement sets out the scope, price and terms of the work.
Pricing on the site
Prices on this site show how Perfectbooks charges, such as per-transaction monthly rates and hourly cleanup. Your actual price depends on your books and is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Prices may change, but a price we’ve agreed in writing won’t change without your agreement.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or send anything harmful through the consultation form. Please don’t send sensitive information, like bank account numbers or Social Security numbers, through the form.
Content ownership
The text, design, photos and logo on this site belong to Perfectbooks LLC or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links to any page. Please don’t copy or republish the content without written permission.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other sites, such as government agencies and software providers. I don’t control those sites and am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The site may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors, and content may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Perfectbooks LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on its content. This doesn’t limit anything agreed in a signed engagement agreement.
Privacy
How information sent through the site is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page.
